ibis Budget Auckland Airport boasts the essentials for a short stopover in the airport vicinity. Lovely, quiet room. Just needed a bed for the night and was comfortable with all the amenities included. Biscuits were lovely and tea caddy was much appreciated. Staff helped with airport bus and were really pleasant to deal with!

Sudima Auckland Airport is 5 minutes drive from Manakau Harbour and Butterfly Creek and 15 minutes drive from Rainbow’s End. Auckland’s City Centre is a 30 minute drive away. Easy to get the shuttle bus to the airport, very comfy room. A bit pricy but worth it. Wish we had more time to check out the bar.
