Usually, the staff at airport hotels can be a bit unfriendly or distracted, since they deal mostly with people just passing through or staying overnight between flights. In this case, however, everyone was absolutely lovely. The hotel has also been recently renovated, and both the beds and rooms are extremely comfortable.
