Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The service exceeded our expectations — special thanks to Mr. Khaled and Mr. Fahd, who were incredibly kind, always helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We were offered a delicious breakfast and fresh fruit, which was such a nice touch. They answered all of our questions with a smile and gave us great recommendations for places to visit.
The apartment itself was beautiful — very clean, modern, and newly furnished. We truly felt taken care of and warmly welcomed. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere, excellent service, and a lovely place to stay!

Was clean and spacious and it was a good location close to Al Huda Mosque and close to many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were lovely and very polite and the prices were very affordable especially during khareef- mosoon season which is a very busy time and is peak season there. I highly recommend and especially for families.

Upon check-in myself and another guest we ere advised that no rooms were available. We were driven to another Red property, Red 14, instead, where check-in was a shambles. Poorly kept room, rarely cleaned. Unmanned Front Desk for.long periods.

Check in was easy. Payment is possible by card. The apartment was clean and ready to live. Bed sheet and towels were fresh and clean. It was good to have a small kitchen there, we used it to cook the breakfast. Because there are no good restaurants around (mainly Indian small shops and cafe). Keep the water tank always on (heating), otherwise your shower will be with cold water only. Upon check in it was VERY storng smell of bukhoor in the room, that is how the place is greeting the guests. Comparing to other apartments in Salalah - this place is very nice.

the beaches are spectacular, the location is really perfect...
the beaches are spectacular, the location is really perfect if you look for a quite and familiar place. Everyone is friendly and helpful. the surrundings are stunning and the trip is aboslutely worth it.
There are several resorts in the area but they are very decent and not invasive.

A quiet, quaint city with a seemingly tight-knit community and fantastic sights. We arrived at the end of the Khareef season but did not miss out on any greenery, beautiful birds, roaming camels, and absolutely great water features such as springs, streams, and waterfalls!
