The hotel staff took care of us from start to finish and were very communicative even before check-in. They were very professional, polite and respectful and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. They also provided us with tour options and transport to and from the airport. Our hotel room was comfortable and had everything we needed. An added surprise was the free breakfast buffet. Many thanks to Jessa and Jeric and the rest of the hotel staff for making this a great stay.

We had the great pleasure of staying at Hotel Lakwa and can't say anything but that it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by incredibly friendly and helpful staff who really went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. The staff helped us with everything from organising excursions to smoothly arranging mopeds for us to use to explore the area. It's really noticeable that they are passionate about providing their guests with the best possible service. The hotel itself is both newly opened and incredibly fresh - a truly top-notch place. The rooms are well-kept and modern, and the common areas give a lovely and inviting feel. We really appreciated the care that has been put into every detail, from the decor to the amenities. The staff was very accommodating - they offered to open the kitchen earlier than usual in order to make us breakfast before we had to leave, which was amazing!
