Our family room exceeded our expectations – not only was it spacious and well-appointed, but it was also immaculately clean and free from any unpleasant odors. The hotel's attention to cleanliness extended throughout the property, from the rooms to the hallways, creating a welcoming and hygienic environment. The tranquility of our room was something we truly appreciated; it was the ideal place to unwind and get a good night's sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. The spread was not only varied and tempting but also showcased the finest and freshest ingredients. It's clear that the hotel takes pride in offering a high-quality dining experience, and every bite felt like a treat for our taste buds. The emphasis on fresh and natural ingredients was evident in every dish. The hotel's facilities, including the beach and pool area, were simply fantastic. The cleanliness and upkeep of these amenities were remarkable – it was clear that the staff put in the effort to maintain a pristine environment for guests to enjoy. The beach offered a serene escape, while the pool was a refreshing spot to cool off and relax.

Excellent Support and Great Experience Despite a Booking Issue I had booked and paid in advance for a 30-day stay, but when I arrived for check-in, I discovered that my reservation was mistakenly made at another branch of the hotel — not the one I wanted, which was very close to my workplace. It was a stressful situation at first, but the reception staff, Ms. Doaa from Tunisia, and the manager, Mr. Salem, also from Tunisia, were absolutely amazing. They handled everything with great professionalism and kindness. They immediately transferred my booking to the branch I wanted, even though that branch normally has higher rates — and they didn’t charge me anything extra. Their help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. When I moved into the apartment, there were a few maintenance issues, but as soon as I contacted reception, the team came and fixed everything in less than 15 minutes. The service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Overall, I really appreciate the excellent support from Ms. Doaa and Mr. Salem — they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service and professionalism.
