The level of service from the lady who assisted us on the front desk was amazing, she was so patient and even when we ask her about the area and how to get to places she was honest and gave the best advices. She really made our one day stay and a great one, I’m sure if we stayed longer we were going to be more happy with out stay as we are coming from a different county. The Air port facilities being world class were definitely liked and afmired but the the hotel we booked changed to other road side makeshift hotel which by any standards was not acceptable from its location, service, even the Tv and bath room was deplorable, not functioning . A total disappointment being a fraudulent hotel booking and transfer

Room was good and specious with kitchen and other utensils in it , some missing elements are TV with internet connectivity (YouTube and Netflix) connections for entertainment . Can add some charging ports for mobile as it was behind the bed and very hard to plug in. rest all was good, and staff too was very friendly.

A lot of places which need to be discovered - National Museum; The Pearl monument; Place Vandom mall with dancing fountains; Villagio Mall; Katara Cultural Village; Souq Wakif; Desert Safari; City Center; North and West Qatar with some symbolic places - mangroves; East-West by Richard Serra; Camel Track, especially if you can see also a real race or practice race.
