The staff at Breakfast were amazing and friendly. The guys around the resort who were always on hand to point us in the right direction. The staff at Adventure park were exceptionally amazing! And those at the kids pool! The check-in at the hotel could have been more personable.

We had limited time as we only had 9 hour layover. Would definitely do it again. Was so worth it.

Excellent Support and Great Experience Despite a Booking Issue I had booked and paid in advance for a 30-day stay, but when I arrived for check-in, I discovered that my reservation was mistakenly made at another branch of the hotel — not the one I wanted, which was very close to my workplace. It was a stressful situation at first, but the reception staff, Ms. Doaa from Tunisia, and the manager, Mr. Salem, also from Tunisia, were absolutely amazing. They handled everything with great professionalism and kindness. They immediately transferred my booking to the branch I wanted, even though that branch normally has higher rates — and they didn’t charge me anything extra. Their help turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. When I moved into the apartment, there were a few maintenance issues, but as soon as I contacted reception, the team came and fixed everything in less than 15 minutes. The service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Overall, I really appreciate the excellent support from Ms. Doaa and Mr. Salem — they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding customer service and professionalism.

Enorme kamer ! Was zeer ruim. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Ziet er netjes uit. Schone badkamer. Heel mooi uitzicht op de stad/skyline (wij zaten 9 hoog) Vriendelijk & behulpzaam personeel. Bedden waren lekker comfortabel precies goed. Helaas maar 1 overnachting ivm een transitvlucht, hotel ligt ongeveer 15 min van DOH airport af. Het kost ong. eur 10,00 om er te komen. Hadden graag langer willen blijven.
