Located 12 miles (19 kilometres) north of Jeddah city centre on Al Madinah Al Munawwarah Road, King Abdulaziz International Airport is the third busiest airport in Saudi Arabia, serving as a hub for Saudia Airlines. Arriving and departing passengers can take a fixed-rate taxi to/from the airport, although it is recommended you confirm the fare with the driver before setting off. The journey into Jeddah takes around 25 minutes.
