Good location from the Sunbyberg stadion. Easy to reach the Drottingholm palace and the city center as well. The room was clean and dont worry if it is raining because you get umbrellas from the hotel. The bed was confortable and the breakfast was super. I recommend you.

I rated my stay as very good. We had a family room with windows. The beds were very comfortable and quiet when moving around. Another plus was the refrigerator, which we could use to store our groceries.
The room was generally very clean. Fresh towels and linens were provided.
The tram stop is close, about a 3-minute walk away.
The communication with the staff was excellent. We had a problem getting in, but they quickly helped us without any problems. We have very fond memories of our stay!

Stockholm in the Advent season is absolutely beautiful! The city is full of festive lights and decorations, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere despite the winter chill. The Christmas markets, especially at Skansen and in the Old Town (Gamla Stan), are a highlight – charming stalls, traditional crafts, and delicious seasonal treats. Walking along the waterfront and through the historic streets feels like stepping into a winter postcard.
Public transport is excellent, making it easy to reach all attractions. Dress warmly, as temperatures can be quite low, but the experience is worth it. A perfect destination for anyone who loves Christmas traditions and Scandinavian charm!

Sollentuna is not a big city like Stockholm but it has a nice shoppingmall which is actual pretty big. Sollentuna is just 10 minutes driving to Stockholm city. And it has a great bus and train connection.

Easy access to Stockholm. Good range of shops in the mall of Scandinavia which is right next to the strawberry arena in Solna.
The nature reserve at Rastasjons is great as there is a paved path and provides a peaceful close to nature walk with wildlife and you can also cycle round too. There are good transport links using the metro and train. Lots of lovely restaurants of various nationalities eg Greek, Italian and Japanese to mention a few.
We ate at the Greek and Italian restaurants and the meals were delicious on both occasions.

Xmas market in old town was smaller than expected and disappointing that it closed at 6pm. Lots of nice restaurants in old town . Plenty to see . Would be nice in sunny weather ,but went in winter . stunning architecture that would look even better in the sun along with boat trips

Horrible, to be avoided at all costs. Like a prison for immigrants run by some off-shore risk-capitalist who never would set foot there or admit involvement. But who wouldn't mind the blood money. My worst travel experience ever. After 68 years of travelling. This should be criminalised. I am ashamed of my country allowing this to happen.

The public transport into the city centre is excellent and is at the hotel Gio's doorstep
as is the Flygbussarna coach service to the airport.
There are also several local restaurants very near to the hotel.
The wonderful park is just across the road.

Stockholm it's self was very beautiful. We visited quite a few museums in just 3 days. We visited the Vasa Museum, The ABBA Museum, Avici Experience, Skansen open air museum and it is quite beautiful with children as it has animals as well and we did the 360 gondola on Avici arena.
We ate local food, we tried the meat balls of wild boar and we took meat and tasted even pizza.
It was quite easy to travel around the city we bought 3 day ticket for me and my husband as children up to 13 years don't pay. It's quite convenient , they all arrive on time and with the card you can use trams. trains , busses all the city transportation.
