Special thanks to Nisha, who was friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-equipped – exactly what you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet, daily housekeeping, and 24/7 reception were more convenient. Overall, this hotel's is made alive by it's personnel and deserves more than 5 stars. Warm people, excellent service, and spotless extra services. A sincere thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable! Good to know, the hotel is close to a huge mall, and close to train and metro station
