We stayed in Shivo for 5 nights. The staff. Jacqueline, Victoria, Salma went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, had the best experience not just stying at Shivo but visiting Zanzibar. They were pleasant to deal with, were flexible, in fact couple of times got up early to cook and serve us breakfast for our early morning excusrions, and for various other requests responded with "Hakuna Matata" with a tinge of smile and always came through. Really nice hosts!

Situated in Zanzibar City, 3.4 km from Food market, Coastal Zanzibar Airport Hotel, formerly MP Airport Hotel, features air-conditioned rooms. place is perfect for flying in or out. Restaurant is actually really good and good friendly staff. I like bacardi and coke, only had one shot left in the bottle, immediately the manager sent one of the staff out to go buy another bottle somewhere without me mentioning anything.

Set just 6.9 km from Peace Memorial Museum, SULKHAN SERVICED APARTMENT provides accommodation in Chukwani with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. We had a massive fabulous room with two double beds. Bathroom small but functional and clean. Location is perfect when in transit. Supermarket and liquor shop just around the corner and lovely restaurant with best meal we had in Zanzibar just across local football field. Late night airport transfer was smooth and on time (10 USD). Although people at the property spoke very little English, they were friendly and welcoming and presumably the owner communicated with be all the time on Booking apps. Cannot comment on breakfast as we left ant 2 A.M. In all excellent short term stay.

I had a really great stay at this apartment. The host was so warm and welcoming, he even checked that I arrived safely and always made sure I had everything I needed. He was always available if I had a question. He even kindly took me on a little spice tour before I left, so I could bring some local flavors home with me. It was a short stay, but I really felt cared for. You can tell he loves hosting. Highly recommend! Thank you again!
