Hotels near John Glenn Columbus International Airport - CMH, Columbus

Gahanna is a very nice place to visit., and Springhill is very nice and clean. We have stayed at all three facilities on the road and this one was great for the reason we were there to attend a wedding.

Gahanna is a nice area to visit. Trying to get to any restaurants was a little bit confusing but they do have a lot of the normal restaurants you will find in any city, so picky eaters have a good selections.

Gahana is adjacent to Columbus, Ohio, very nice and clean city. Had a great dinner at Haveli Bistro. Incredible experience. Highly impressed by the food quality and the services. Enjoyed our stay.

When we first got there the room was filthy. Curtains were torn in several places and caked with an unknown substance. Tape all over theh wall. TV did not work as they had upgraded a week prior. Stated they had the TV to replace but did not get around to putting it in the room. We spent the night as they did not have another room available until the next day. The next room key card did not work and we had to have the front desk always let us in. The room still was not cleaned. The floor had crumbs all over and was not vacuumed. The curtains were dirty as well. Smelled of something dirty the whole time. I tried to tell them and the only response and reasoning I got were that in December they are set to remodel the rooms. I have tried to call the General Manager several times and have not called back. I call and get hung up on most times. I do not recommend this place.

It was a pleasant experience, I believe breakfast could have been better. More choices for breakfast would have been great. Room was spacious but, shower could have used a light overhead. I would recommend staying here to my friends.

My comments are just related to our stay at the hotel Extended Stay America Suites - Columbus - NE - I-270. It is our opinion that the hotel's breakfast is over-hyped. All there was was a small chocolate muffin and a cup of coffee, and we don't consider that to be a full breakfast.
