Excellent location, brilliant staff and shuttle service is efficient and convenient. I have stayed at other LAX hotels and am yet to see their shuttles or the line is huge and it is quicker to get a cab. This hotel has a constant stream of shuttles (and all the shuttle drivers are super-friendly and helpful with luggage). The bellhop escorted us to the shuttle the next morning and loaded our many heavy bags for us. Everything was super convenient. Food was awesome - we arrived to the hotel at 11pm and the coffee shop was open until 11.30pm and the restaurant until midnight. (We had a long journey and hadn’t had lunch). There were no bell hops when we arrived - so the friendly staff member who checked us in took our bags for us - he was so lovely! Will forever stay here now - and have told family and friends in Australia who travel to LAX regularly to stay here. (This hotel is also the closest to LAX out of the other airport hotels). With an eye-catching entrance featuring soaring palm trees, Courtyard LAX provides accommodation within Los Angeles International Airport. I stayed here just for one night and I must say the bed was super comfy, totally recommended if you need to rest before a flight. The airport shuttle took a while to appear but that's fine and normal, I think. The hotel was clean but could be cleaner. The staff was super nice, that's a plus!

Rooms have very high ceilings which makes the rooms feel bigger. Was perfect for 2 people, would have likely felt crowded for more than 3 people. Appreciated the refrigerator in room. Bathrooms were nice.

The airport shuffle was really quick and even tho I arrived late at night there were no issues. The check in was super fast and the room was just a 10/10. Perfect if you’re only staying for a night or want to be close to the airport and if you’re traveling alone (especially as a woman) and you want to stay somewhere to feel safe
