The Staff (Lisa) was great! I loved the friendliness and willingness to help with any questions when I checked in.
The location is quiet, and the loud one was the fridge in the room.
I only stayed there for one night, so pretty quick in and out, and everything is working fine and meet the expectation.

Awesome customer service, checking in was easy. Our room was right next to the pool! Nice and clean rooms, cup of coffee with creamer, strawberry water and lemon and cucumber water available in the lobby. OMG was that good! Quiet and right off the I-5, super easy location to find. Nice Hot tub in the morning, then a full breakfast, coffee, milk, eggs, sausage, omelettes, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls...yummy. I left satisfied for my drive home,

Everything about this experience exceeded my expectations. We were on a road trip so had plenty of opportunity to compare between motels/hotels of similar price points along the way. The Ramada in Medford was our last stay of the trip and just a single night stopover. It was the least expensive option in Medford for comparable stays, which was why we chose it. We were so pleasantly surprised by the generous offerings in the included breakfast - way more than just continental. Scrambled eggs, sausages and waffles, as well as amazing yogurt (lemon cream!!) and bagels along with the usual cereal and toast. We had bikes on our car that we normally feel it necessary to move to our room, but the parking spot we were able to use (as Wyndham members) was in full view of the 24-hour reception desk plus we were assured that there were cameras plus that the neighborhood was very safe. So refreshing! The staff were wonderful - very friendly and helpful regarding several questions I had. The room had clearly been renovated and was bright and clean and had lots of USB outlets, including in both bedside lamps. Definitely a 10/10 stay and great value for the price.

We think Jacksonville is adorable, but we arrived on a tuesday. There was no concert scheduled. The place was a ghost town. All the stores and tasting rooms were closed. It was even challenging to find a place for dinner.

I was charged twice for the room.
I was charged twice for the room. When I booked the room on 8-20-
the charge of 129.00 was taken out of my account. when I arrived at the motel on 8-25 the lady taking care of me wanted my credit card to process a payment, I told her it was already paid for when I booked the room. She said oh no you have to paid us and process the payment again. when another employee came in she told her that she didn't have to do that, because the room was already paid for.
When I got home I check my account was there was 2 charges on my account one for 129.00 on 8-20 and one on 8-25. I called the motel and the lady verfied that I was charged twice and she would get back to me. She didn't so I called back this afternoon and the lady said I had to call back later that some one was coming in to correct it, and hang up on me, before she hang up I did get in that If they reverse it
I would call our vise company, and she hang up.

Fix the slight bleachy smell, and make sure your customers aren’t price gouged. Beware of sites promising good deals. Compare if you have the time. Central Point is nice and clean, good breakfast. Would stay again, nothing extra fancy but more than adequate. Nice and clean.

Medford itself is a middle sized city with all the stores you might wish for but not a lot of character that I could see in the downtown area. However, it makes an excellent affordable launching pad for exploring the nearby artisan colony/ Shakespeare festival in Ashland and the nearby wine country in surrounding areas. We are at Ruby's (good burritos and burgers) and Rooted (plant based delicious food). Would definitely come again.

Late May is a bit early for full tourist season, but the shops along Main Street were varied and fun. We stayed at the Station House. . . very central to walking the downtown area. Lunch at Bella Union was a highlight of our stay. Nearby vineyards were varied in amenities, so something for everyone.
We attended an outdoor concert (In a Landscape: Classical Music in the Wild) concert at Hart-Tish park on Applegate Lake. It was sold out. Would return.

What a sweet little town. Great area, beautiful country. Central point is a great location to see so many sight around the county, Jacksonville is gorgeous also. We went to the Michael Franti concert. We actually got to have dinner afterwards at the local Shari's restaurant, open 24 hours, the Fish and chips were good, and the server was funny. So fun of a day. Thank you

If you've been anywhere in Northwest Oregon, then you know the state has some of the most beautiful forests, mountain areas, and coastal views in the country. Then you travel into the valley and arrive in Medford—a desolate, dusty place, with few trees and no real views to be had. Respectfully, there are so many more beautiful places in Oregon, Medford is more of a place to pass through (perhaps to get some food or gas) rather than a destination. If we didn't have family in this area, that's exactly what I'd be doing. Perhaps try Ashland, 20 minutes down the road, which actually has trees and a cute downtown.
