The check in was super smooth. Mr Khan at the reception was very warm and welcoming. Hi polite and caring behaviour was exceptional.

Chicago O'Hare International Airport is 1.5 miles from this hotel, which features an indoor pool with a separate children's pool and free WiFi. Guests can work out in the 24-hour fitness centre. We were upgraded to a beautiful two bedroom suite by a lovely lady at Reception. We were going to Indiana the following day for my son's graduation and it was a great start to our vacation. We had our flight cancelled to return home at midnight and had to book our own accommodation as the airline could not help. We arrived at the hotel worrying about what to do and worrying about funds for the rest of the time whilst stuck in Chicago. Veronica on the desk took all of that worry away, ensuring we felt welcomed, calm and looked after. She was amazing from the minute we checked in. We were forced to book a second night due to our flight allocation and she ensured we would not have to move rooms and made what should have been stressful, stress free. We could not thank her enough.

This Schiller Park hotel is less than 2 miles from the Chicago O'Hare Airport and offers airport transfer. The hotel also features free Wi-Fi, an indoor pool and rooms with 32-inch flat-screen TV. Very comfortable. The girl at the front desk when I got there was so nice. I came in very late because the hotel I was in lost it’s power so everyone had to leave. I called Four Points up probably close to midnight and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was also very good.
