From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome! In reception Mustafa Othman gave us all the information we needed, placed us in a beautiful room with pool and sea view and helped us reserve a table at the a la carte shellfish restaurant! We were made to feel like VIPs from the first moment! Mohamed Adel made us two first class lattes while we waited for our room to be prepared and for the driver to take us in the buggy. The room was superb and very spacious! With a beautiful terrace and during our stay the cleaner checked on us and brought fresh fruit during the day. The reef you can swim along from the pier was stunning and we had the great fortune to swim with a turtle here! The food and restaurants are first class and when I asked in soprano restaurant one morning if they could prepare a special birthday table for my wife it was no problem even with the late notice. Ahmed Wifky sorted it out for me in only 10 minutes and I was able to surprise my wife. Thank you!! The aqua park was fantastic for the kids, as well as the evening dance show! We were very sad to leave this resort but when we needed to meet the gobus to Cairo Ahmed Bakaran went out of his way to ring the bus company and ensure everything went smoothly for us!we really felt like VIPs!! I highly recommend this resort!!

The staff were incredible- helpful and always cheerful and polite. The sea was great- good coral reef and easy access via the pier. We were always able to find place at meals, at the beach and at the poolside.

Was a nice stay in DLX room with a sea view. Daily cleaned, food was delicious, drinks as well. Staff were amazing, helpful and kind. There is a pier to go for open ocean. Very usefull for (lets say advanced) snorchelers. You may join the program there to not get bored. Big thank you to the staff and all the respect to them! Second vist to concorde and it was as amazing as the first !! The room was beautiful it was massive, had touch screen controls for house keeping to make your room or not, your own personal WiFi box inside the room which was amazing! The staff made sure I had food as I arrived later on in the evening. The staff everyone was amazing asharf in the lobby bar and the manger in the reception cant do enough for you! The animation are a big part of the hotel not pushy for activies always happy day and night provided shows evenings and daily activities. Restaurant was OK I am a vegetarian and did have to ask the chefs most days if something had meat in as it isn't labelled if it is vegetarian including the salad as sometimes there was meat inside but I did find something to eat every lunch and dinner and the chefs got to know you and would come over to me straight away letting me know if there was meat inside which was amazing!! All the staff are so friendly in the hotel and are always so helpful if you need anything, they are always happy and smiling throughout the day home away from home 🤍

We’ve stayed at Cardina Resort twice already, and we’ll definitely come back again! We were there with our family and two nine-year-olds — it was an incredibly comfortable and safe vacation. The resort offers a great balance of entertainment for both adults and children. The rooms are spotless, and if anything breaks, it’s fixed immediately. Special thanks to Mr. Said and Mr. Ahmet for their attentive and caring attitude toward guests. The food is excellent — themed dinners, a pasta and egg station for breakfast, and fresh fruit at every meal. On the beach, you can grab burgers and fries — perfect for kids! There’s a wide variety of dishes, including plenty of options for vegetarians, as well as delicious fish and meat. The restaurant’s head chef Elneny truly deserves recognition! A big thank you to the animation team, especially Mommi, the best sports animator ❤️. And also thanks to the Ahmed fire for the great music and the incredible fire show — it was unforgettable! Overall, we highly recommend this resort!
