All-Inclusive Stays in Balíon

The food was delicious. There were variety of different types of food including seafood. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by the mountains and the sea. The water park is great and we had a lot of fun there (both adults). The staff was awesome, very pleasant (but not too much as typically in Turkey for example) and always ready to listen to you. We had an excellent experience with the coupe massage and so far it was the best massage ever!

The room has all that’s needed for a stay. Towels and sheets are replaced frequently and the room is cleaned once per 2 days. It’s light and good looking. The food is very rich, breakfast has all you need, lunch and dinner are tasty and contain plenty of dishes from both local and European cuisine. Finally, the location is above any expectations, there are breathtaking views everywhere, and the hotel is on the seashore.

Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist, making our stay memorable.

For now - it's my favourite all inclusive hotel. I've been to many all-inclusives in other countries, but this hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Maybe I didn't expect anything, I thought “at least they would feed me and there would be no russians” but here we came and every day we said that this is incredible hotel and it has a place in our hearts. Here is some info: 1) This is an adult hotel. And that says it all. This is WOW. When you want to relax, to have a quite place, to swim quietly and read a book, this is the perfect place. Sometimes it seemed to us that people were whispering to each other when they were lying on the sun loungers so as not to disturb others. And overall, I liked the hotel guests, no drunk and shouting people, but polite and calm people. 2) Staff. Well, this is a separate love. We often talked to animators and bartenders. They are so cool and nice people. We already miss you Stelly, Chris, Alex, the cool lifeguard at the pool and the bartenders. The kitchen and restaurant staff - you are just beyond praise, you are super professionals! 3) Room. We had a junior suite. Very well maintained, beautiful and stylish. Had everything we needed. Very clean and cool view from the terrace! 4) Food. OMG!!! How delicious and varied it was! I don't like oatmeal, but here I ate even it :)) I liked absolutely everything. There are evenings of different cuisines, for example, Greek, Italian, Asian, etc. There was always different meat, every day there was some kind of fish, and sometimes a whole aquatic kingdom (tuna steaks, salmon, shrimp, octopus, mussels, and other types of fish). Sweets are just the top. Lots of fruits, vegetables, salads, pizza, pasta, soups and much more. As for drinks, we used to buy water in the store. The taste of beverages from the machine - like salt water. Cocktails also have a slightly salty taste, so we ordered a Prosecco. 5) Hotel.

Excellent choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. all the services and staff very well thought out and practical along with excellent service. Excellent for families with little kids, even when travelling alone or with teenagers . there is everything for everybody. By far the best resort i have been so far. i will be definitely be coming again with my family. very safe pools with lifeguards patrolling every 20/30 seconds.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were all so nice, always helpful, always smiling and in a good mood. I loved saying good morning to the cleaning lady, she always had the bigest smile. And also the waiters and the kitchen staff - the best! The hotel is new, modern and very clean. Not big, but you have everything nearby.

The all-inclusive package exceeded expectations. There was plenty of variety in meals, snacks, and drinks throughout the day. We never had to worry about anything, which made the holiday completely stress-free.

My mother, sister and I stayed here for one week at the beginning of October. What to say.. We loved it. Everything was perfect and super relaxing, which is exactly what we wanted. The food was always fresh and delicious, the facilities were excellent, and even though the property was almost at full capacity, it was always very quiet by the pools, which was extremely conducive to relaxing and unwinding. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Will definitely come back!
