The room service was exceptional, everything was lovely, clean towels everything was clean, sanitary, coming back to a fresh room with new towels and everything in order after a long day of tourist activities really makes your holiday a lot nicer. The pools were lovely, clean, no complaints. Exceptional hotel, location was amazing, everything you could need, food, tourist shops, supermarkets, car and arv rentals, boat cruises, all within a short walk of the hotel, just down the main road. Even the room cleaners were very polite and smiley, everything was new, perfect, 0 complaints. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, but I’m not much of a breakfast person anyways. If you’re coming to Zakinthos, this hotel is perfect, couples, families, lads trips, I think it’s amazing and definitely worth the money.

Everything was amazing, the room was super spacious and clean. The staff were so nice!! Also although it’s all-inclusive, the quality of the food was so good and there was more than enough variation! We normally don’t go to a destination twice, but this hotel really makes us want to come to zakynthos again!

Amazing location and view. The amenities were all as described. And on top of this, an amazing staff to cater to our needs, and help us with any questions we might had, and even help planning our trips inside the island. Nice room with perfect view over the pool and beach. Comfy bed and a nice shower. Food variety was good. It had enough sunbeds but I think it only was because it was almost end of the season. This was also the reason why the offer for AI and the price of 64 euro per night (2 person) was unbeatable.

we have stayed here for the past 7 years, but this year it was a passing visit we only stopped for 1 night but we have some very good friends who are staff so we had to visit them.

Living so close to the sea was amazing. We managed to see TWO newborn baby turtles during our one week stay! Also, of course, we really liked the hotel, the staff was always friendly, the food, especially at the restaurants, was great. A very nice place overall!
