I recently stayed at the Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff of the hotel were friendly and welcoming,made you feel like home. The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were top-notch. There is a pool area that you can relax and drink your coctail. In general the hotel's atmosphere was relaxing and rejuvanating but most of all , the staff were very helpful and gave me info about Rethymno city. Would definately stay here again and recommend to friends

One of the best hotels where I had the opportunity to stay. Everything was excellent. I would like to especially mention the staff who make every guest feel like a VIP, also the food that was very delicious and of high quality throughout all our stay (food assortment was huge), and of course, the design of the hotel. The room spacious with fantastic views over the sea , gardens and pool area. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of choices and so was lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful and the whole hotel looked grand and very clean with plenty of facilities to keep you occupied.

The Rethymno Village is just 100 metres from the fine sand and blue sea of Platania’s beach. It offers a Greek restaurant and a fresh-water pool with pool-side snack bar.

The service level was very high. We found everything which was needed for us and more. We had a lot of options for more kind of restaurant and the 'main' restaurant was fantastic. The 'a la card' restaurant was exclusive and our children were very happy for the parties near koktail bar at nights. I think it was 10.

- food was absolutly fresh and a big variety also for vegetarians - service was super friendly also to our baby. We feeled welcomed - room and bathroom were cleaned every day. towels were changed if you wanted them changed. - wifi did not work in the beginning but was fixed within two days
