What isn't to like about mitsis selection Alila, as you enter you are greeted with smiles and passion this hotel far exceeded our expectations, after spending 2.5 weeks in Italy and dealing with below average service the team at mitsis showcased just what 5 star accommodation and service looks like. When we read all inclusive it is normal to question its validity, however all inclusive really means all inclusive everything from drinking to eating our family are leaving 5kg heavier but definitely happier. I'll take a moment to thank some individuals who made it a more personable touch although all were exceptional these individuals made our stay that much more inclusive, the day spa crew are welcoming patient and show care and dedication to all that they do, Tassos Ftaklas you will see him with a big smile greeted and making your experience more personable thank you, Aris from the italian restaurant showcased exceptional service , Amalia from the Greek restaurant Ellendiko deserves more recognition and credit Amalia took the time to get to know our table and ensured we experienced a true Greek experience, thank you Amalia , last but not least Gregoria from the bar, from the start you epitomised outstanding customer service your friendly smile and warm goodbye showed the true Rhoditian spirit . I'll leave with this I come from a service background I know what good service looks like, to me it is the ability to treat all your guests like royalty. This is not an easy task Mitsis Alila do this without fault. Thank you to all we will see you again soon.

Very pleasant hotel with everything you need for a perfect vacation. This place is mostly chosen by families, and we loved that – it was exactly what we wanted for a week with our child. There are plenty of kids and families around, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. The food selection is more than enough, always fresh and of good quality. The staff, both in the hotel and around the pool, work incredibly hard to make your stay enjoyable, even though you can see they are under pressure at times. Rooms are clean, well‑equipped, and have a nice balcony. The entertainment team did a fantastic job throughout the day, always cheerful, happy to chat, and keeping everyone engaged. We also appreciated the open bar and food available at all times, which was very convenient since we don’t always eat at standard meal hours. A big thank you to all the staff for their polite and professional attitude, and for responding to every request with a smile. You made our vacation truly enjoyable!

We had the pleasure of spending 10 days at Oceanis Beach Hotel and we are very satisfied with our entire stay. The hotel fully met our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and neatly maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important during the warm days of our stay. The menu in the hotel restaurants was very diverse – breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered a wide selection of dishes, including both local and international cuisine. The restaurant staff also deserves praise: always polite and smiling. The hotel's location near the beach, with beautiful views, good transport connections, shops, and restaurants nearby – made it a perfect base for exploring, while still being peaceful and comfortable. Additionally, a huge plus was the option of purchasing a late check-out until 6:00 PM. Thanks to this, we were able to truly enjoy the last day, relax, pack calmly, and leave without stress – a very nice convenience that definitely contributed positively to our overall experience. To sum up: Oceanis Beach Hotel is a place we’d be happy to return to. Great value for money, very friendly service, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, good cuisine, and seaside relaxation.
