I absolutely loved everything. I have been wanting to visit Marrakesh for a very long time and I'm super happy that I chose this hotel to do so. Moroccan people are the most welcoming people that I have ever met and they all made me feel at home. The housekeeping team was lovely and so was the reception, but I truly have to give a hands up to the bar team and to the animation team who made our stay as special as it could be. I wanna give a special thanks to Mohammed & Ismael from the bar as well as Reda and Ismael from the animation team for making me and my family feel like we were at home and even trying their very best to speak our native language. The food was also very good and was the reason why we originally chose this hotel. After an extensive work of exploring reviews, we noticed that this hotel was the all inclusive with best reviews about the food and I totally agree. I'm already scheduling my next trip to Marrakesh and needless to say is thay I will be staying in this hotel.

Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel's public relations manager Ilham, who made me feel immediately at ease. Their professionalism and kindness really set the tone for my stay. She was always available to answer my questions and help me with any requests I had. My room was spotless. It was spacious, elegantly decorated and perfectly maintained Magnificent hotel, one of the most beautiful in Marrakech. Attentive staff, great breakfast, 2 large outdoor swimming pools and 1 indoor swimming pool with a children's area. Everything is beautiful and clean, I highly recommend this hotel.
