Super welcoming and nice personnel, super smooth check in and thanks to Marc I got an amazing room with the most beautiful sea view and my very own terrace with sunbeds. An amazing beach with white powdery sand and azure water, super nice courtyard bar with live music in the evening and great drinks. Looking forward to come back!

Located in the desert of Al Ain city, Telal Resort Al Ain features outdoor swimming pool, wellness centre and variety of outdoor activities. Green Mubazzarah hot springs are 35 minutes away by car. The view from Pool and Room as well as the concierge team. Heritage Room I booked. I gave a suggestion to relocate the table and chair next to the window of the bed in order for the guest to see the view directly while laying on the bed.

Panoramic views of the Rub al Khali Desert can be admired from this 5-star resort’s infinity pool and sun-lounger terrace. It is the best place I have ever been. The hotel is beautiful. The environment is incredible, it is a paradise in the middle of the desert. The facilities are great. The infinity pool is really beautiful. The quad activity is amazing. You have total freedom to take the quad and go wherever you want through the desert dunes. My wife and I took the all inclusive plan and we were very surprised. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were worthy of a top restaurant, in addition to multiple snacks (pizza, chicken wings, spring rolls, ...) and all kinds of drinks, including alcohol. However, even though the whole hotel is top 10, the best thing was undoubtedly the service. We had never experienced such good and professional attention, far above our experience. Especially Ajit's service and attention. He is responsible for making it the best days of our life. We were not able to say goodbye to him, so I would like him to receive our most sincere congratulations from us. It is a pleasure to meet professionals who always try to give the best in their work and to please others. Since we have returned to Spain, we have not stopped recommending the Hotel, the service and Ajit's professionalism. No doubt we will be back soon. The view is fantastic especially in the evening. Gautam was very generous to surprise us with valentine set-up for our room, I love the little red teddy bear. All the staff are courteous and smiling all the time. The food is also delicious and big serving. Breakfast has many choices of food to enjoy. In the evening, there was an entertainment. The lady who sang for 2 hours was really good, fun and energetic. All in all it was a very memorable valentine's overnight stay with my husband. It was a last minute decision for us to book so not much expectation but we were blessed beyond our expectations.
