Situated on the fronds of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, Rixos The Palm Dubai is a luxury All-inclusive beach resort offering panoramic views of the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf, the glittering skyline... We recently stayed at the Rixos The Palm Dubai for 7 nights, and it has truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Having experienced many 5-star resorts worldwide, including the likes of JW Marriott, Anantara, and Atlantis the Palm, we can confidently say that Rixos stands in a league of its own. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the quality of the hotel and its immaculate facilities. However, what truly sets this resort apart is its exceptional staff and customer service. We were delighted to have our very own customer service team, Zaynah and Hazem, who were attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless stay. The dining options are outstanding. La Turca, offering buffet lunch and dinner, was consistently excellent, while L’Olivo became a favorite for its fabulous food—we dined there twice! A special mention to Irshad Osama, who took care of us with warmth and efficiency during our meals. The team at La Turca also deserves high praise: • Moses made breakfast unforgettable with his Strawberry and Banana Smoothie serenade, adding a personal touch that started our day perfectly. • Nabin, Imtiaz, Sharazar John, and Yusuf consistently delivered exceptional service with smiles and attention to detail. Around the resort, the level of care continued: • Frederick at the swim-up bar kept the poolside experience lively and refreshing. • The Fruit Man by the main pool brought inspired offerings that made relaxing poolside even more special. The resort itself is a paradise. The attention to detail is exceptional, and everything from the landscaped grounds to the sparkling pool reflects a standard of perfection. The pool team and bar staff from Bodrum Bar were always on hand to cater to our needs, adding to the relaxed, luxurious atmosphere. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped with plenty of storage and amenities.

W Dubai – Mina Seyahi is more than one needs for full comfort, relaxation and pleasure while staying in Dubai. This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations. It's the best option for a short getaway or a resort-type holiday. The facilities throughout the complex are modern and well-maintained. It's a top-notch hotel with all the possible room amenities needed while staying there. The hotel-branded products are of the highest quality and always more than enough during the whole stay. This hotel is super clean and has an exquisite design, one can't stop taking pictures of all the details around the hotel and its lobby. There are also some nice shops on the hotel premises. The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful and always ready to serve you and make your trip unforgettable. They've got a pretty catchy phrased service called 'Whatever/Whenever', which simply means reception and one can even find it on a dialling button of the room telephone. Everyone is eager to help you 24/7. We've also been upgraded to a better room and were greeted with complimentary artisan chocolate and a heartwarming note. A Special shout-out and appreciation to Fabian at the reception, who has been extremely welcoming, friendly and professional at all steps, his wide knowledge and hospitable approach made us feel at home. The dining was also a fabulous experience, the Ginger Moon restaurant was a great option for a wide variety of breakfast, lunch or dinner. I should separately mention and compliment Chef Sheik Imran for his kind, supportive and understanding attitude and utmost professionalism, he crafted and personalized pizza for us according to our diet needs and specifications and prepared a special treat of chocolate pancake for our farewell. Everything was heavenly delicious and it was evident that the hotel and chef only used the products of the highest quality. Thanks for making our stay remarkable and turning it into a luxurious adventure.

El Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai cuenta con habitaciones modernas y una azotea con piscina. Alberga 4 restaurantes y bares que reflejan el viaje del gran explorador árabe, con sabores de todo el mundo. Wonderful hotel that was exactly what we were hoping for in Dubai. The Hotel was undergoing renovations, however we hard;y noticed and it didnt affect our stay. We were upgarded to a suit which always makes the stay better :). The beakfast was amazing, situated in a large banquet style hall that made it feel very elegant. The beakfast was amazing!!! make the most of the free food before heading into the city. It has a shopping plaza close (100m walking) by so you can eat and do some shopping without having to travel to far. The hotel is close to a Metro station so we traved to the centre of the city easily and even used it to return to the airport. Very safe cheap and clean transport. The hotel is a little out of the main city so you will need to consider either Metro, Uber or Taxi. By the way the taxi service is cheaper then Uber!!.
