A delightful addition was the in-room coffee machine, which added a touch of convenience. The hotel boasts two heated pools—one indoor and one outdoor—providing a relaxing experience regardless of the weather. The spa, included in the price, is on the smaller side, but we had no issues using it during our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a variety of tasty options available. Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bansko.

El Gardenia Park Hotel se encuentra en el parque municipal, a 3 minutos a pie del centro de Bansko, y ofrece servicio de traslado gratuito a la 1ª telecabina durante la temporada de invierno. Hotel bien ubicado, a unos 10' del centro. La habitación amplia, el baño con bañera y un balcón con buenas vistas. No utilizamos el spa porque quería ir a las aguas termales y la recepcionista me indicó un spa de la ciudad con aguas minerales. El desayuno completo. El detalle del gatito en el lobby me encantó (muy cariñoso, por cierto).

Breakfast, dinner and spa were good. Just one day sauna was out of service. I particularly liked a swimming pool - clean and decent size. The internal green yard with beautiful trees was great for the relaxing rest during the day.

Stayed for one week,staff was great,rooms were very clean and good size(I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms) The only remark the menu could improve a little bit,not too many choices but in general was tasty and I enjoy it. I recommend it and maybe I'll book it again.
