Everything was exceptionally good at the hotel - particularly the staff. Our of all hotels I've stayed in Egypt I found their staff to be the best.

Located along its own private beach, Gemma Resort offers views over the Red Sea. It features indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness centre. Several restaurants and bars are also available. We are group that was travelling around in Europe before reaching Egypt and Marsa Alam was our first destination in Egypt. Gemma resort set the bar high to our expectations for the rest of the trip and an extraordinary example for Egyptian hospitality. Everything in the hotel was perfect. The rooms spacious and cleans, pools clean and in different locations and beaches were amazing with great snorkeling spots. I can not speak enough about the food, no moment in the day where food is not served and in different cuisines with amazing quality. The most interesting part to me thing is that everyone is assuring you are having good time in your stay and I literally mean EVERYONE. Whether it is Mr Mahmoud, Hazem and Mohamed on the front desk or Atef and Abdo on the pool and the beach or Chef Mohamed Salah in the kitchen, every single one of these gentlemen made sure that our stay was comfortable and did not hesitate to provide the required assistance.

Everything was wonderful – one of the best services I've experienced. Even European hotels could learn a lot about customer service from this hotel. A special thank you to Mostafa, who was my personal assistant and the manager of the front office. He is a true professional in business development and client relations. The hospitality at this hotel made me fall in love with Egypt all over again. The staff is attentive to every detail, and they made my birthday unforgettable. It's also a great hotel for children, with a beautiful lagoon in the sea and an aquapark. A big thank you to the animators – very well done and diverse. There's something for everyone. The cocktails and coffee were also of excellent quality, especially for Egypt. I will definitely be coming back, possibly even this year.

Το Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin Resort προσφέρει καταλύματα 5 αστέρων μπροστά στη θάλασσα στη Μάρσα Αλάμ. Προσφέρει κήπο, ιδιωτική παραλία και βεράντα. The accommodation was truly stunning. We got upgraded to a premium room and the room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a large TV and great WiFi. (The TV didn’t connect to the internet properly for apps but we just watched the channels). The shower was a huge rain shower. There was a terrace which had lovely views of the sunrise. The food selection in the restaurants was amazing. The drinks and the cocktails were also great. There were 10 or so pools which were all great. The beach was also lovely and there was an area for snorkelling. The hotel is not quite finished so not everything was open yet, but what’s open already was more than fine. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived it was just before the end of lunchtime, and they took us straight to one of the restaurants on a golf cart so that we could eat before we got to our room. We got food poisoning shortly after arriving here (not sure from where) but the staff arranged free transfer to the next resort over where we went to the doctor and the driver waited for us for almost two hours when we were receiving care. (I think there will be a clinic on site but this hadn’t opened yet)

We had really good time in Sea World Resort. We enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Staff was very nice and smiled all the time. We also appreciate nice surprices from the hotel and late check out because our flight departed next day early morning . I have to highlight Marzena, she cared if everything is ok or can help us with something all the time.

Το Casa Mare Resort - ex, Royal Tulip Beach Resort βρίσκεται κοντά στο Port Ghalib, 42χλμ. από το Marsa Alam. Very nice place, very nice staff, especially the reception Mohamed Salah, Mohamed Salem, Hamid, and all the staff are amazing. The Food was amazing and the room had a direct sea view /thank you so much for this amazing holiday

Every single employee is ready to help any time. Special thanks to Mr. Wael Elsaie. Also thanks to Mr. Aziz at the reception. Sary from Room Service. The food was variable and delicious. Drinks and Snacks were excellent. The landscape and the facilities offer the possibility for the children to have fun, and for the adults to enjoy their time and relax. Our room was beachfront, which gives the possibility to enjoy a morning tea with a view of the Red sea. It was always clean, thanks to Sary, who also gave my children something to wonder about, everyday which shape would be formed of the towels. The coral rief of the hotel is viable, a lot of fish and interesting aquatic creatures.

Το Three Corners Happy Life Resort βρίσκεται στη δυτική ακτή της Ερυθράς Θάλασσας, 37χλμ. βόρεια της πόλης Marsa Alam. Το Three Corners Happy Life Beach Resort προσφέρει άμεση πρόσβαση στην παραλία. Very attentive and friendly staff, we were mainly scuba diving, we recommend to book a hotel transfer beforehand as the airport transfer is 35 € otherwise.

With a secluded private beach, this all-inclusive resort is located in Berenice, Hamata. It offers a freshwater outdoor pool with views of the Red Sea. Rooms include private balconies or terraces. Amazing Resort situated in a great area for outside activities and adventures. The garden was full of flowers and birds, very taken care. We enjoyed the Bedouin tent so much and the ginger coffee too. Snorkelling there for the first time has beed a lifetime memories.

Seemingly part of the natural environment between sandy mountains and deepest blue seas is the Mövenpick Resort El Quseir. Great place & awesome staff
