I recently stayed at Gemma's hotel, and one of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast was excellent—rich, flavorful, and offered a wide range of options that left me more than satisfied each morning. Dinner was equally impressive, with a varied menu that catered to different tastes and provided a truly delightful dining experience. The quality and variety of the meals alone make this hotel a great choice for anyone who values good food during their stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I’d like to give special mention to Mr. Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard room for myself and another for my family, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for my family and a deluxe room for me. They even provided a beach umbrella at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the hotel staff surprised me by celebrating my birthday with a cake, making the occasion truly memorable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially with their outstanding service, generous upgrades, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.

Sentido Reef Oasis Suakin Resort features a private beach area, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Marsa Alam City. The accommodation was truly stunning. We got upgraded to a premium room and the room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. There was a large TV and great WiFi. (The TV didn’t connect to the internet properly for apps but we just watched the channels). The shower was a huge rain shower. There was a terrace which had lovely views of the sunrise. The food selection in the restaurants was amazing. The drinks and the cocktails were also great. There were 10 or so pools which were all great. The beach was also lovely and there was an area for snorkelling. The hotel is not quite finished so not everything was open yet, but what’s open already was more than fine. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived it was just before the end of lunchtime, and they took us straight to one of the restaurants on a golf cart so that we could eat before we got to our room. We got food poisoning shortly after arriving here (not sure from where) but the staff arranged free transfer to the next resort over where we went to the doctor and the driver waited for us for almost two hours when we were receiving care. (I think there will be a clinic on site but this hadn’t opened yet)

Pickalbatros Sea World Resort - Marsa Alam- "Aqua Park" has a fitness centre, garden, a private beach area and shared lounge in Quseir. Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!

Casa Mare Resort - ex, Royal Tulip Beach Resort is located near to Port Ghalib, 42 km from Marsa Alam. very nice staff, especially all staff in the reception very nice room, perfect cleaning

Very calm place- and good weather 27 degree i january- Diving -Snorking- Riding Mtv motorcycle - Desert of Wadi el gamel. - all the facilities were Top and view of the garden and beach places all the stuff workers kind and helpful. I will recommand to everyone. I stayed 3 days and added one day more . Unfurtunately my holidays was finish. I will back again.
