The hotel was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. The owners Maggie and Eduard are extremely friendly, warm, open and welcoming, and were always happy to help with any request of ours. The location is perfect, within a 5 minute walk of all the activities in Bakuriani, with many restaurants close by. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with everything prepared fresh in the hotel kitchen. One afternoon the hotel prepared a special lunch for all of their guests, with homemade shashlik, plov, salads, breads and their own wine! It was fantastic!

Very polite and thoughtful staff, especially in the Crystal Lounge restaurant where I ate more than once and was very happy with it. Bar staff up at the Balcony at the top of the lower cable car were also thoughtful and this is a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Property management clearly has a vision as they are investing more in expansion. I like the style of their hotel, super pool and sauna and beautiful laid out pathways into the surrounding woods.

Was very clean and a very nice balcony and view. On the bed there were towels and shampoo, even toothbrush and tooth paste. When we arrived we received tea. Breakfast was very good they tried to cook everyday something else. One time they were out of coffee. Location not in the center, but nearby there is a bus to center . Nearby 2 sky centers. There were several issues, but I would say good value for money.
