Staff , spcially at lounge area and also Customer Service Office Natasha who help us checked in , she was a wondersul lady who explain us all and gave us an comfortable check in , we were able to catch up on our dinner and were able to complete the booking formalities parallely

Surrounded by multinational corporate offices, embassies, luxury shopping malls, and stately residences, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan offers a prime location within the Kuningan business... Everything. From the sincerity to the good mannerisms of the staff, safety of the property, cleanliness, professionalism, facilities that I needed were all met and breakfast is good.
