The whole experience was amazing, the Ritz-Carlton lived up to our expectations. Natasha and Vinny decorated the room for our wedding anniversary, it was a such a lovely surprise!! Natasha showed a lot of thought and care with emails prior to our arrival, thank you so much for making our stay so special... The friendly restaurant staff served amazing food, particularly Patrick our waiter who was so very helpful. The concierge booked our day trip, and even gave us a framed photo to remember the day!!!! wonderful guy.

JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta is located in the city's prominent Mega Kuningan business district and a short walk to the shopping centres. Food and staff were amazing. Dining was booked and we were not aware of pre-booking. They worked us in the same evening and were amazing as making sure we were accommodated.
