The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place is located in the Golden Triangle at Jalan Sudirman. The hotel offers free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, an outdoor pool and a restaurant. The warm staff. They were very attentive and made you feel at home. I arrived late at night for check-in, and I was pleasantly surprised to enter my room to find out that they had run a bath for me and had left a hand written card from the staff!! Very sweet. Nothing I have experienced at other hotels.

JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta is located in the city's prominent Mega Kuningan business district and a short walk to the shopping centres. My words are not enough to express how amazing was my staying in this real luxury hotel. From the first day till the last day, I enjoyed every moment. Staff: Staff were so welcoming and highly active to serve me with all what I need with warm smile and give a real fast help to me in everything I ask for. Cleanliness and Room Service: Cleanliness is beyond imagination with nice smell and well organized stuff. I liked how everyday afternoon.., they send someone to check your nespresso machine and coffee packs. Anyway.., in every corner of hotel you will feel and sense rhe cleanliness and the refreshing atmosphere surrounding you to let you feel fresh wherever you go in hotel. Safety: Safety is really one of the best among all hotels that I have tried in Jakarta. To be hoenst.., it went beyond my expectations and blew my mind. They apply safety with high cuation to make sure everyone in this hotel is 100% secured as perfect as they can.., and yes they are so perfect in my opinion. Restaurants and Cafe shop: I have tried only the Japanese Restaurant and is highly recommended to eat at this one. For me, it is one of the best Japanese Restaurants I tried in Jakarta and Bali. For breakfast, they have nice variety in dishes and all were so good for me. Believe me.., you will feel the elegancy from the staff there and you will feel how they really value their guests and making sure everyone has the highest rank of serving and the most delicious food to be served. There is one nice Cafe Shop in smoking area. Coffee and cakes are so so so good honestly and the Ice cream is yummy. I liked their black coffee and ginger tea. I recommond to try their Cheese Cake.., it was so delicious for me.., I really like it so much. Special thank.., to Amanda who works there..,she was so flexiable and so fast with great understanding for your orders and drink ratios. Event: I encourage to stay in this hotel if your birthday is coming and spend it there.

Set in the heart of business and shopping district of Surabaya, JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya offer a luxurious 5-star accommodation, with exquisite European décor, outdoor pool and a fitness centre. JW Marriott Surabaya is an absolutely beautiful property that boasts many of the best amenities in the city. It is fully self-sufficient with everything you may require within easy reach: not only do you have the usual comforts, like the 6th-floor rooftop pool next to a loveable observation deck and meditation grounds, massage parlour, gym etc.; but also no fewer than five different eateries, each of them a culinary attraction in its own right. We had a very memorable welcome coffee in the lovely bakery downstairs (hi Fera!) and a very enjoyable dinner in the steakhouse, rightfully proud to be the best in Surabaya. In fact, while the city itself is vibrant, colourful and alive, it can also be a bit much at times, and this hotel with its lowkey luxurious rooms, comfy beds and immaculate facilities is just what one needs to recharge. Speaking of recharging, the absolutely mind-blowing breakfast deserves a special mention—I don't think I ever saw a similarly wild choice of different cuisines and mouthwatering dishes served with comparable elegance anywhere else. You could basically disregard everything else I wrote and simply come for the breakfast and you wouldn't be disappointed. Finally, staff here are exceptionally friendly (shoutout to the extraordinary Afdilah who had to tolerate my incessant questioning and helped us throughout our stay) even by Indonesian standards, and that's a hard bar to clear. All in all, it's a place I'd come back to just to stay in the hotel, even though venturing out is a breeze, too—JW Marriott is very well located in the centre of the city and most of the local attractions are within easy reach.
