Agnes will give you all the information you need to make the most of your stay and she is also a brilliant chef. She prepared different dishes for us every day, and they were always delicious, (we're not kidding when we say that it's probably the best cuisine we've ever tasted around the world, and her “risotto” is the best that we have ever eaten - and we are italian!). We also went on a snorkelling trip with Mul, who is an excellent guide, finds all fishes hidden in the reef and shows them to you. We had a great time at cakalang with Fernando and his wife being extremely accomodating. Debbie the receptionist/cook was amazing and made the best food we have had in Indonesia. Great diving experience with the team here also. Can’t wait to return some time soon!
