Set in a grand building in bustling Connaught Place, The LaLiT New Delhi welcomes guests with its full spa and outdoor pool. I had arrived at the hotel much before my check-in time. There were no rooms available for early check in, but the front desk was so polite and courteous, and they ensured my wait was comfortable. A very special mention for Runa at the Font Desk. She ensured I was well taken care of, and even walked up to me in the lobby once my keys were ready. The hotel itself, as usual has been comfortable. Service is genuine, and except for a few tiny hiccups in the past, I feel this hotel is a great place to stay. Sonu from the laundry service is always helpful and great.

Hotel was definitely clean and well appointed. Room were definitely comfortable.Staff was prompt and helpful.Location was ok. Breakfast was good. Common cafeteria was very good.
