During the night there are several bars, bands playing and shows to entertain guests, some with spontaneous dancing as well. Breakfast is abundant, very variegated and high quality. The pastries and desserts of all breakfast, lunch and dinner were totally out of the world, with endless assortments of French, Italian delicacies. I booked a luxury water village, and is really luxurious and enormous, with even a bidet! Bed is very comfortable, all amenities ticked. And in case something is missing, there are 3 super friendly girls with the biggest smile, Amsu, Asmira amd Maasha, that come by every afternoon to enquire if anything is needed. They are also in charge of cleaning, which is also done in a faultless way. Yousif was my hotel host, taking care of such details as remembering my nationality and letting me have Argentina food sent to my room from the chief Argentinian chef of the hotel. And Gabriel, the Argentina chef, I met several times and he kept making sure to send me other Argentina delicacies to my room with that typical south American warmth, that can make space among so many of his tasks, to care about something like that. I would like to mention also Mohamed, the waiter that attended to me remembering all details with a smile that made you feel home. Marizza, the girl at the entrance of the restaurant, with an amazing memory, she could remember among other 300 people my room number already on second day. Al Amin, the bellboy found me here and there on his way with his cart and took me closer to where I was going with the warmest smile ever

The variety of activities, the quality of service, and the cleanliness of the rooms were all outstanding. The food options were diverse and delicious at every meal—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I would especially like to mention the Moroccan chef and the waiter Ashraf; they were both incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, the front desk staff were very welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Highly recommended!
