Great location, nice beach access and great food! Everyone was very friendly and I enjoyed our stay a lot.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The food and drinks were exceptional – every meal was a culinary delight, and I appreciated the variety of vegan options available. It was so refreshing to see such attention to diverse dietary preferences. Amazing staff. The beach was stunning – beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a peaceful stroll. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a well-thought-out design and immaculate upkeep that made our stay even more enjoyable. While everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, I would not recommend the spa services. I booked a manicure with gel polish, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Spa staff damaged my nails, which was frustrating. However, this is not the hotel’s fault. I left the hotel feeling incredibly satisfied and can’t wait to return. It’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone seeking excellent service, delicious food, and a stunning location!

We stayed as a couple in the Adults only Hideaway section with Diamond Club service- and we literally pampered! We keep coming back to this resort for it's safety, food and entertainment variety , Spa services , and sheer niceness/ attention to service of staff! Special shout out to Enrique and Marlon our butlers for taking care of even our smallest needs and desires!

Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is a AAA's 5 Diamond Award Winner property with 13 outdoor pools, 6 à la carte gourmet restaurants, a buffet restaurant, a Coco Café, a Barefoot Grill and a... Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are large, very comfortable and very clean. The service of every single employee is outstanding. The installations are in perfect conditions. All the restaurants are delicious with great quality of food, diverse menus and fresh food. The entertainment is nice but not to loud. The beach is spectacular, there was no sargasam on our stay. We love visiting this hotel. Our private concierge Heriberto was of great help. Coco's café matcha latte delicious. The new World café was inagurated and it is so nice and comfortable.

Before going we were sceptical of all the glowing reviews but, seriously, absolutely everything is on the highest level- our room was very comfortable & spacious- a perk of booking here we understand! ;), the facilities are luxurious, very well planned & maintained, the food isn't on the absolute highest level but still excellent (esp the breakfast), the direct contact staff are all amazing: always super friendly & helpful, and we met so many cool cool people among the other guests. Highly recommend.

Το Palafitos Overwater Bungalows, Catamarán, Cenote, All & More Inclusive - Adults Only είναι στην Πλαγιά Ντελ Κάρμεν, σε απόσταση 2,8 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Playa del Carmen και... Just returned from our honeymoon and didn’t want to leave. We loved everything about the property. Beautiful grounds, the bungalows were spectacular and ocean was clean and beautiful. Restaurants were very nice and you could walk around the property and everything was close by. Food was delicious! We loved the staff, room service, beach, taco bar, events, drinks. And best of all, Daniel and Enrique went above and beyond! We appreciated them so much! It’s going to be hard to top this vacation.
