Initially, the employees at the reception and in general at the hotel served us in whatever we needed. The hotel is very close to the beach, and generally offers many facilities. The cleanliness of the rooms was at a high level. The cuisine and dishes are also excellent. Local flavors, very tasty and all this was included in the price. Also, their immediate response to emails is very important.

Our stay at the resort was excellent. The place was very nice and clean, beautifully maintained, and offered great choices of entertainment and food. Its location near the beach made it even more enjoyable. I would also like to give special thanks to Nisa Kabacoşkun from the customer relations team. She was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive. Her warmth and helpful attitude made our experience truly memorable.

My overall experience was excellent. The beach is clean and sandy compared to the neighboring hotels. The lounge chairs are cleaned upon your arrival. The cold water fridge is located on the beach. No need of walking back to the bar. The room was spacious and AC was excellent. Dinner was clean and the variety of the food is amazing. Every day was a different theme. Stayed there for 8 nights and it was fantastic. Bravo Melas Holiday Village!

El Kaya Palazzo Golf Resort, situado frente a la playa, es un hotel con régimen de todo incluido que ofrece una playa privada de 200 metros de largo con sombrillas y tumbonas de uso gratuito. El alojamiento es absolutamente perfecto. Cada aspecto del lugar cuidado al extremo. La atención y dedicación en los detalles es evidente. Quienes se ocupan de la atención de pasajeros son excepcionales. Arif solucionó de forma inmediata cada solicitud.

El Kaya Belek, situado en el paseo marítimo, ofrece playa privada de 300 metros de largo, 2 piscinas al aire libre, piscina cubierta climatizada, piscina infantil, 5 toboganes, centro de spa con sauna... We’ve had an amazing vacation during our stay. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, with Mr. Serkan standing out as the best. I don’t understand why some people posted bad reviews—this resort offers the best quality for the price. The food is amazing; while some dishes are repeated, there’s always something new to try.

El NG Phaselis Bay está a pocos pasos del paseo marítimo y ofrece una zona de playa privada, una piscina al aire libre con toboganes y un spa. New and well planned hotel. Well trained and extremely helpful staff. Various restaurants with highest quality food. Sea is naturally protected from waves, which is rare in Antalya. But the best part is their kids club. It is like a kindergarten and the staff is very well organised. It is quite expensive but worth every penny…
