Seamless check in process as always. The room was clean and tidy to the APA standard which we always love. They happily held our bags until check in time in the afternoon and again on the day of check out until we were ready to catch the Shinkansen. The area also has a few restaurants which is fantastic and its only 10 minutes walk from the station where there are plenty more food options. Very handy location and quiet in the evenings.
