The hotel has a comfortable and inviting breakfast area with a good selection of quality foods. There were long breakfast hours, no food shortages, and staff members smoothly replaced everything. Also, the hotel has a very inviting, well-arranged dining area near the reception, which combines a nice bar, a cosy restaurant, and a working area with plenty of sockets and big tables. My room was spacious and clean. All staff members were very helpful. The hotel is outside the city centre, but public transportation provides comfortable communication between the hotel, the city centre and the airport.

The room was spacious, and I appreciated that it had sockets compatible with more than just Swiss plugs, making it convenient for me to use my laptop. The location was excellent, with plenty of options for restaurants, grocery stores, and more. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful, allowing me to store my luggage in their storage room until my taxi arrived. Check-in was quick, and everything was clean. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Additionally, the Basel Card they provided was extremely useful and helped me a lot during my first few days in the city.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and ideally located right in the heart of Basel, yet on a quiet and safe street. Maria was incredibly welcoming and responsive. She was flexible with both check-in and check-out times, and even provided a portable A/C upon request. The overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend staying here
