Arrived in Zurich at the Aparthotel Splendid and we were not able to get or contact anyone to checkin. Luthia was a life saver and checked us in. Lithia gave us blankets and sheets made sure we had what we needed and was very welcoming! It was our first time and we were already flustered with travel and she helped us get settled in. A much needed friendly welcome for zurich! Loved the location close to a variety of restaurants all with walking distance. Close to transportation. Shopping right across the hall/ street
