The aparthotel, set in a building dating from 2022, is 5.6 km from Fraumünster and 5.8 km from Grossmünster. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The place aas spacious, clean, and exceeded our expectations. They also provided us with chargers which was so helpful and we are very grateful.

The apartment is in an excellent location — only a few minutes from the train station and just steps from several tram lines, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The interior feels modern yet warm, with high-quality furnishings and plenty of space to relax. It was spotless on arrival, the neighbourhood is quiet, and the view is lovely. Self check-in was smooth and very convenient. There are also many great restaurants in walking distance.

We like the location that we could walk to the lake and enjoy the view over the water. It was also very touching to see the amazing staff and the heart that they showed to the elder residents who live there.

There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The apartment is super nice, modern, clean, spacious. The staff contacted via Booking's messaging system was super friendly. Although not in the central area of the city, tram 10 takes you directly there very fast. As we arrived on Sunday evening we noticed that the bathroom handle was broken. We wrote to the staff and they sent someone to fix it on Monday morning.

The staffs are friendly and helpful.

A little bit expensive, but overall very good. The room was really comfortable and it was cleared every day.

The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Location 3 minutes from train Station and then 15 minutes to Central St. Comfortable and clean rooms. Very Good Breakfast

All guest rooms in the hotel are fitted with a flat-screen 49-inch TV. Complete with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer, the rooms at Acasa Suites Zurich Oerlikon are fitted with air conditioning, and certain rooms include a seating area. All rooms will provide guests with a desk, laptop safe and a coffee machine. All apartments are fitted with a kitchenette featuring a microwave, while some have a dishwasher or stovetop as well. The reception staff specifically Eugeen. This young man bent over backwards to help us with directions, even walking outside to show us which to go. He also took care of my wife who's hair had issues with the conditioner provided by the hotel. Instead of simply saying that's all we have, he made a phone call and there was different conditioner in our room when we returned to the hotel that same day. That conditioner was wonderful. He also had a room set up special for our anniversary. Cannot say enough good about Eugene. Only problem lies in that there are not enough Acasa hotels so when we visit other countries we cannot enjoy the same class of service and wonderful breakfast. All apartments are fitted with a living room and a well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. Featuring a bath or shower, private bathroom also comes with free toiletries. Appartment for four people on the 4floor. Very confortable and clean, all necessery and new equipment .The place is spaceous, and modern, completely meet our expectations. Good location, very close (less than 100 metars) to the tram station, close to Coop market, lockal bakery and cafe place. Modern and safe check-in, the host is very responsive, promptly clear all my questions (thank you). I am reccomending this stay, definitelly will come again if I am going to Zurich
