I loved everything about the building—super clean, very well kept, and easy to access with an elevator. The terrace and grill were great bonuses. Overall, the building was extremely well maintained.

The bed is very comfortable and there is all the basic equipment in the kitchen. The hotel is located in Usequen, a safe and wealthy neighborhood, so one can stroll around at night time without worries. There are quite a few very good supermarkets within walking distance, I particularly liked Carulla Fresh supermarket. The vegetable and fruits are fresh and I think everything is better priced than Gastronomy supermarket. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I asked them to help me get a taxi to the old town and the airport, and they did it through an app and the taxi arrived within 5 minutes.

The apartment was great, housekeeping very good, the staff lovely and super friendly! The area where the hotel is located is very nice and safe, and close to the hotel there are 3 supermarkets. They're all located on the same street, so it makes it easy to head to the next store if the first one you visit doesn't have all you need. On the same street there's also a really good bakery. It's great to have free parking also. And: FINALLY AN "EUROPEAN" SHOWER! After spending 2 weeks around Colombia struggling with American showers and their water falling from the ceiling without any chance to not get your hair wet, it was lovely to find a "normal" shower that one can direct where they want! (Seeing the pictures of the showers was actually one of the reasons why we decided to book this specific hotel!). Thank you!!!!

This is an amazing place to stay in Bogotá. We had a big, very comfortable apartment. The beds were very comfortable; there were blackout blinds and it was very quiet. There was a fantastic buffet breakfast and staff were very helpful. The area is lovely with lots of restaurants and bars and felt safe to wander about at night. We used uber to get to the sights in candelaria and centro which worked well.
