I used to live in the city but return to visit and stay and work for short periods, and Urban Heights has been my go-to place for the past three years I believe. I loved everything about the building—super clean, very well kept, and easy to access with an elevator. The terrace and grill were great bonuses. Overall, the building was extremely well maintained.

The room featured high-quality L’Occitane amenities, which added to the overall luxury of our stay. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet, contributing to a restful atmosphere. Overall, this has been the best experience of our South American tour so far.
