Avenue Mall is just across the street. There is also a day cleaning service in the same plaza where the hotel is located. My upgraded suite was very spacious with a beautiful view of the street and equipped with all mod cons for a very convenient long or short stay. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the suite always immaculately cleaned and always refilled with several bottles of water, coffee and tea bags and other essential supplies. Special thank you to Hussam from front desk for a smooth and easy checkin process and for going above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable stay, to Mahmoud from housekeeping, and to Kamel for always preparing a delicious and varied breakfast to start the day kicking. I loved how clean and hotel like it felt. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, there's even a vanity table. The aircon worked fine and we had the perfect temperature. The water pressure in the showers was sufficient and they provided enough towels and shampoo. The wifi was super fast too. I asked for an additional frying pan, washing liquid and laundry detergent and they immediately helped. We didn't know how to operate the TV, and after calling reception, we had someone come sort it in two minutes. The location is great too because there are restaurants, patisserie, shops within walking distance. And a taxi to other areas in Amman is 10-20 minutes away at a cost of 2-4 dinars.
