I booked this specifically as I had a tight schedule before my connecting flight to the province at 4PM. I didn’t realize how close everything really was to the property. The place was spacious, my friend used the wifi for some work and apparently it was really fast, and the host allowed us to leave our stuff in the unit 1-2 hours after check out.

The lobby is clean, and the Olympic-sized pools are a nice feature; they charge a very small fee, but I honestly don't mind because they are clean, well-maintained, and not crowded. Inside, you’ll find Netflix and basic kitchen utensils, along with complimentary coffee made with their French press, using high quality coffee grounds. Definitely a good choice for a comfortable stay!

A lovely little apartment in Manila, very well connected to everything. It was just perfect for our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The guards at the entrance were really friendly and helpful, and there are restaurants and a 7-Eleven just around the corner, which was super convenient. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!

La Vie Riche Holiday Homes - Cozy 1BR Apartment near MOA se encuentra en Manila, a 15 min a pie de Pabellón Deportivo Mall of Asia Arena y a 1,7 km de Parque de atracciones SM By the Bay. We had a minor issue during check-in—it was partly our own situation since we didn’t have a local Philippine SIM card, so we couldn’t call the host directly. We had to communicate our arrival time only through Booking messages. Despite that, the host was very warm and proactive—they came to the lobby to find us and personally brought us to our room. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The location is very close to Mall of Asia, which was extremely convenient since we had an early flight the next day from Manila. The neighborhood felt safe and lively—we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Manila!
