best location near the market (big and cheap one) and pharmacy, walking distance to wine cellar and restaurant and the main road. close to Noravank monastery which is the best we visited. the nicest owner, he took us with our backpacks from the main road, he speaks fluent russian and comfortably uses translator to speak english. washing machine is provided with laundry gel and iron . nice tv and air conditioning. hot (hot!) water, stove, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. comfortable sofa. we loved everything it was cozy. we would stay again definitely. now you can see little stork from the window.
