The apartment is spacious enough to accomodate 4 people and more than that. There is a spacious living room, 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and 2 bathroom. The owners were so friendly and waited for us until late night to hand us over the key (since there is no reception). The kitchen is equipped with useful utensils and kitchen appliances. Mayflower was the perfect place to stay before a flight from kochi airport which is only a 5 minute taxi ride away. The host was very friendly and accommodating. A very safe place for a solo female traveller also. I would stay there again

The stuff was incredible nice and helpfully in every belongings. We had a bad situation.Flight was rejected and in the morning at 2:30 we had to find a hotel with our huge luggage and dog. They where avaible with mobile and sendet a taxi without knowing who is comeing. we could doing a fast check in without any problems at 3:00 in the morning and going take rest from a stressfully day. The stay is super near from airport. Any wish they try to arrange and help. Stores are near. Breakfast also good, they bring to the room, after you choosed. Optimal and best stay after or before long travelling. If we will join Kerala again we would everytime choose again this Hotel.
