This is always my first choice whenever I go to jabal akhdar. It is so comfy. Extremely clean. Staff and owner so kind. Price is affordable.there is 2 rooms one with big king bed and other with 3 single beds. Big kitchen available. Extra pillow and blanket available unlimited

Small authentic house on top of a cliff with a spectacular, awesome view, sunset/sunrise. Friendly and helpfull host. Maybe the walk to the house is a bit difficult but that makes it only more adventurous and once you reach it, you will forget that walk cos of the location.

The room was light, clean, spacious and comfortable. We were warmly welcomed and everyone was very friendly. Great facilities, there was a shared kitchen and Dining area on the rooftop. It was great to be able to self-cater. This room is part of a museum/cafe complex in a renovated traditional house surrounded by narrow quaint alleyways and cobblestone streets in an old village. The views from the room windows and rooftop are incredible. You can walk the Three Villages Walk from this place.

Amazing location, charming vibe and all amenities are there (although some are 'to check the box', e.g the pool). Cinema was amazing, master bedroom perfect and a cute balcony. If you stay with 4+ people the second room has mainly bunk beds.

The apartment felt like home from the start. It was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The furniture and facilities were of high quality and from the apartment we had an overview over the yard that we utilized for parking. The location was good as well within walking distance to the souq and fort. Will definitely book the same apartment the next time we visit the lovely town of Nizwa. We even got complimentary snacks as a surprise. And received a very helpful and friendly service regarding payment from the owner, thank you.
