Deluxe room includes desk, wardrobe and window overlooking small street/ alley. This is a family business in a historic building. Laura the manager is very helpful and arranged our airport pickup and drop off on time and with no hassle at reasonable price. Good value. Recommended.

The building is located outside of the city centre which gives you the opportunity to get a good rest after the whole day of exploring. I felt safe in the area day and night. The apartment itself was clean and I had all the necessary facilities. Even a kitchen area, which I didn’t use though. Hot water was not a problem. I got all the instructions via WhatsApp and the communication was easy. The security guard was also very helpful.

The rooms were perfect. Well designed, modern, tidy and clean. The owners were very helpful, attentive and kind. The location is just on the edge of the Old Quarter, so everything is in walkable distance yet isn’t overrun with foot traffic. Our stay here made our trip to Hanoi much more memorable.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for budget travelers still want comfort and convenience. It’s small and charming, with a homely feel. The staff made me feel so welcome and even gave me great tips for exploring nearby attractions like the Temple of Literature, Hanoi Train Street, and the vibrant Old Quarter. The price is very reasonable, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped. I loved how easy it was to get to everything I wanted to see, yet the hotel itself was peaceful and relaxing after a long day. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Hanoi!

The studio was clean and ideal for a solo traveler, with fast WiFi. Although it’s an apartment, they generously provided free towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and shower gel. I also appreciated the free potable water tank in the hallway. The highlight of my stay, however, was the free-use washing machine and tumble dryer in the hallway, along with complimentary laundry detergent. Communication with the apartment owner was smooth—she reached out a day before my arrival to confirm my arrival time and provided the entrance code to the main building and WiFi password. When I called her with a question during my stay, she answered immediately. An attentive host like that truly enhances the experience of booking an apartment.
