The apartment was fully equipped, and we really appreciated all the care that was put into the rooms (with bonus of the espresso machine and large water bottle in the fridge!) The family who runs the place are also so friendly and kind, make us feel as though it is our home as well. We would say this is the best place we have stayed in Mauritius!

The studio was perfect for our 12 nights stay. We had a balcony and private parking in front of the building. Everything was clean and functional. The facilities are brand new. The location was good. It’s literally 2 min walking from the beach. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The host was super nice and friendly and let us do a late checkout as well. Recommended if you wanna relax in your vacation.

Absolutely Stunning Stay – Feeling Like Home This place is truly remarkable. I feel completely at home here. We spent a week in the second-floor apartment, which offers breathtaking views of the ocean — we didn’t miss a single sunset, and each one was more beautiful than the last. We also enjoyed a week in the first-floor apartment, which boasts an incredible terrace. Everything inside is so comfortable and thoughtfully equipped — the kitchen has absolutely everything we could possibly need. Next week, we will be staying another week in the ground-floor apartment, which promises its own romantic vibe with direct access to the pool. I can already imagine the relaxing moments ahead. Johanna, the host, cares for us with such warmth and attention — it’s truly extraordinary. With my extensive travel experience, I can honestly say I’ve never encountered such a warm and welcoming reception before. Aurelie, you are the sweetest girl — thank you so much for all your help and kindness. This place has truly become a special retreat for us, and I can’t recommend it enough! And the location absolutely perfect-everything is nearby.

Whole building is renovated and feels like new. It is very close to the beach Flic en Flac and there is a lot of free parking places behind the building. Very safe and quiet area. Cécile was always helpful and very friendly. Swimming pool was always open and it was good for relaxing with kids.

The apartment is very comfortable and looks just like in the pictures. The host is very kind and available if you need anything. We really enjoyed our stay 👌🏼

It's a great base for many of the islands activities and adventures. Clean and comfortable! Great host with excellent communication!

The washing machine and ironing facilities were also very good.

The location was great since we had rented our own car. It was easy to get around from the location to visit the nearby activities such as the Chamarel.

We liked the location and the indescribably beautiful view from the terrace. We stayed for seven nights, so we were able to enjoy the peace and the beautiful views. The apartment and the terrace were very spacious and exceeded our expectations, as it was very different from the description. The apartment had all the necessary amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped. Free parking. The hostess and other staff are very kind and caring. The beach is a twenty-minute walk away, and there is also a restaurant nearby where you can have a delicious meal. The nearest shop is about six kilometers away. Ma Vie la is a very quiet, cozy and wonderful place, it can be said that it is the most beautiful location on the island.
