I only have superlatives for this hotel but that's maybe because I really liked Rottnest, the quokka's, and also because we got an upgrade. This has not happened to us a lot and it was very nice to get a room with a terrace. The hotel has excellent location, close to the ferry and center. Our room was quite and bed was great. Breakfast was also great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool also great.

Pier 21 is ideally situated beside the Swan River. Port Beach is less than 20 minutes’ walk away. All of the modern apartments have balconies.

Very central location and yet, quiet at night. Walkable to train station to Perth (get a dayrider ticket, don't drive to Perth city centre), B Shed ferry to Rottnest Island. Very clean and spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen.
