Nice and generous hosts who answered every question and every request in an exceptional way. The host was very nice , and available for any request. A very wonderful hotel, the staff are all wonderful, without exception, and the owner of the place is beautiful in appearance and manners. I booked on the wrong date on another day and she tried to help us and helped us get in early and gave us an upgrade. The breakfast is wonderful and the view is amazing. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful place and I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is in a secluded area by the water and it’s lovely and quiet, easy bus route into the towns and to get train transport. During my stay, the staff made me feel welcomed and there is an older gentleman who works in the restaurant area (does nights mostly, well during my stay anyways) has been working there a few years now! He was very lovely and made sure I was accommodated. I do highly recommend the hotel and chatting with the staff :)

Omg the location is exotic. Lake access and original Swiss chalet. Easy to reach by bus 60 from Interlaken ost. I am so glad I booked them Spectacular views
